CreativeConsulting.com now offers our clients a spam and virus filtering service which we call DeskNow.  You must be a client of CreativeConsulting.com to use DeskNow.  DeskNow holds your unwanted email messages on our server (for your optional review).  Email messages you want are delivered.  DeskNow also gives you hundreds of web based features such as Instant Messaging, File Storage and sharing, Calendar, Tasks and reminders.  Click Here for full details about DeskNow.  Note - screenshots are examples, yours will vary.

DeskNow is easily configurable.  You can turn spam protection on or off.  You can set up to 10 levels of "Aggressiveness" for spam filtering.  You can set the frequency of notification of spam.  You can also just leave it alone.

You can maintain a list of Approved and Blocked senders but you don't have to.

DeskNow is intuitive and knows good messages from bad by examining not only the sender but also the subject and message.  You can manually edit the WhiteList (list of acceptable and authorized senders).  You can even import your email Address Book from programs such as Microsoft Outlook.
