FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I access the Internet with your Dial Up Internet Access service from anywhere in the United States?
A: Almost.  For a list of our local access phone numbers, click here.  If you don't see a local number on this list, please contact us.
Q: Is it true that all Website Hosting accounts come with email addresses?
A: Absolutely.  You can have as many email addresses as you want and you can create them yourself.  Give them to your friends, associates, employees, and family.  To configure additional email addresses click here or contact us.
Q: What's the size limit on your email accounts?
A: There is no size limit, however the email address to which you're sending may be restricted to a size limit.  With our service you can send and receive emails of any size.
Q: What's the limit to the number of recipients per email message?
A: There is no recipient limit.  All we require is that you don't abuse our service by sending unsolicited emails.  As long as you're using our service for legitimate purposes, we don't restrict your usage.
Q: What about the number of emails per month?  Don't you limit that or charge extra if I go over a certain amount?
A: Nope.  As long as you use our services for legitimate purposes, we don't restrict your usage or charge extra.
Q: Can I access my email over the web when I'm away from my computer?
A: Of course.  We offer a full featured WebMail service.  You can send and receive, reply and forward, setup an address book, and use your own signature.  You can even set forwarding, create spam filters, make a vacation message, etc.  There's no advertising, you can do your email from anywhere in the world, and WebMail is included with all our email accounts!
Q: What's the difference between your Internet service and AOL?
A: AOL gives you their own software and lets you do only what they want to let you to do on the Internet.  Our Internet Service, as well as most other than AOL, let you use whatever software YOU choose to use to do whatever YOU want to do on the Internet.  It's a matter of freedom of choice and lack of limitations.  Besides that, we're a small company, we know all our clients, and we're happy to speak with you for hours and help you truly make the most of your Internet experience.  To read a detailed list of feature differences between our Internet Service and AOL, click here.
Q: Can I try your Internet Access service before I pay anything for it?
A: Yes.  We're happy to let you try our service for the remainder of the current month at no charge.  Keep your current ISP, compare them both, and make an informed decision that's right for you.  All of our services are billed monthly.  We believe in giving our clients freedom of choice.  With dialup, you don't have to pay anything to start.  For DSL you are charged up front but you get a 30 day money back guarantee.
Q: Is it possible to receive email on my mobile phone and on my fax machine?
A: Yes, as long as your mobile phone provider supports text messaging (SMS).  There may be a fee for this service charged by your provider, but we include MobileMail with all our email services for FREE.
We also offer email reception on standard fax machines.  This is great if you want to receive email and there's no computer (such as if you own a warehouse or any retail business or if you're at a hotel or business meeting).  FaxMail costs $10/mo with no setup fee, no yearly contract, and no per fax additional fees.
Q: Do you accept payment electronically, in other words, can I pay using this website?
A: Yes.  We work with a service called PayPal which allows you to pay us by Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, or checking account.  You can view your payment history and change your account information online, any time.  There's no charge for this service.  To see how easy it is to pay us, click here.
Q: Your prices are very competitive, but can I ask you to charge even less?
A: Thanks.  Considering all the personal support you get with our service, we think our prices are great too.  To pay even less just pay us annually.  This gets you two months free.
For example, if you sign up for one-page website hosting at $15/mo, you'd pay $150/yr (only $12.50/mo).  If you sign up for  Dial Up Internet access at $20/mo you'd pay $200/yr (only $16.67/mo)!!!  We think you'll have a hard time finding better deals than these but if you do, let us know!
Q: What features come with your service at no extra charge?
A: You get email addresses, aliases, WebMail, MobileMail, ListServ, personal support, forwarding, multiple forwarding, anti-spam filtering, auto-response, vacation message, online address book, online payment (optional but free), online Client Services, never be put on hold, no voicemail hell, no limitations or restrictions, no setup, exit, or hidden fees, no yearly commitments, no advertising, absolute respect for your privacy, email/web Tips, Favorites start page, excellent prices, and you get paid $25 for each person you refer to us!
Q: How do I get my own email address and website name?
A: This is called a domain name.  You can own your own domain name for $25/yr.  Just tell us what name you'd like and we'll let you know if it's available.  If so, we take care of everything and the domain name is yours.  Then we setup a website for you with email addresses and you pay a monthly hosting charge of either $5/mo (email only) or $15/mo or $30/mo depending on your needs.  For more information click here.
Q: Can I submit my own questions for you to include on this page?
A: Yes.  We'd be delighted to post your question and our answer on this page.  An easy way to do so is to click here.  Thanks for your questions!
