I've
now looked at a few (of the Tips section of your website) and
want to compliment you. I don't know if any other ISP,
local or corporate giant, offers this kind of service, but it's
one of the many wonderful things you do. I talk about
you--your services, I mean--whenever I see an opportunity, but I
notice from people's faces that they don't really understand or
believe it, so accustomed are they to having problems with their
current ISPs. And they stick to their misery! This
seems to be human nature (my own included), alas. It can be
transcended, but only through great and wisely directed effort.
I don't know how you continue to be so on the ball, so directly
connected to your clients, and so well spoken, given your
exhausting labors. You're a treasure. If only I knew
the right pitch to convince others that they are missing
something that will make their lives better.

Having just completed 9 hours of computer classes, we realized
that there are a myriad of reasons to go with a company that
provides true Nationwide access and lots of other cool features,
like if you have two phone lines you can have two different
computers on line on two different phone lines for one low cost
of $20, not to mention getting online really fast thanks to
Jay's coaching and many other nifty features. I was going crazy
with our other server.
I didn't mean to turn this into an advertisement, but I was so

Although I have been with
AOL for several years, I have grown weary of junk mail and also
not being able to open attached files easily. I found, through an
internet class I took through Boulder Valley Schools, a local ISP
with a very helpful owner. He is helping make the transition easy
for me. For friends and family on AOL, I will soon have AOL
instant messenger so we can stay in touch on-line. However, I
will not be staying on AOL much longer, so please change your
address books.
